WITH-OPEN-STREAM not supported?

When i tried to run my old lisp programs with Corman Lisp, i always get the message that Corman Lisp doesn't know about WITH-OPEN-STREAM. As far as i remember, it is an ANSI Common Lisp statement. Do i have to include a special package? Or is the statement not implemented yet? Greetings, Johann
