FWIW, I have a modified version of the C header parser that can do struct 
member alignment, and a few other things (multidimensional  arrays, 
stripping a prefix from identifiers, sticking '+'s around constants etc.). 
You're welcome to try that, if you like.

The file also has a redefinition of ct:valid-callback-arg-type, that 
accepts a pointer to anything as a valid callback argument.
