Hi Carlos,

Thanks for the hint. In my case it wasn't MSVCR70.dll but SDL.dll. 
What caught me was that Windows didn't complain about the missing 
DLL and actually ran opengl-gears.exe anyway. It just appeared in 
the task manager.
