Announce: passagemath-ecl 10.8.7 (with ECL 26.5.5) available in emscripten-forge (Wasm) for use with JupyterLite

WebAssembly builds of ECL and the Python interface passagemath-ecl are
now available in the emscripten-forge distribution for use with
JupyterLite, the serverless in-browser computational notebook.
