I have sorta fixed this, right now just by crushing the need for Next
and Previous.  Now it's just one big page for each manual, and one can
use those "Page Up" and "Page Down" buttons our keyboard manufacturers
have kindly supplied!

Better yet would be to take the latex versions I am making and format
them with pdflatex, instead of latex.  Then one could turn the table
of contents entries into hotlinks.  This would yield much more useful
pdf than a simple ps2pdf run would.

To do this you'd have to tweak the latex figures a little, using
graphics, instead of epsfig, and running ps2pdf on the image files.
Wouldn't take long, but I don't have the energy for it, personally.

The LaTeX files are all in the CVS repository, though, if anyone wants
to have a whack.
