Dear GNU Guile,
The only Windows distribution of Scheme that is available on the Windows platform is "Scheme 48".

I gather that GNU Guile is a replacement for Scheme. There isn't a 64-bit Windows version available. And GNU can easily create a VS Code plug-in for Guile.
