I posted the minimal changes to get basic Guile working on 64-bit
Windows here: https://codeberg.org/guile/guile/pulls/22 and
https://codeberg.org/guile/guile/pulls/23 enables JIT functionality.
There are some further fixes that are more localized in individual
functions, which we can post afterwards. But for the moment, it would
be great to have the above reviewed and eventually merged before
thinking about the rest.
