Yay, well done!!

I’ve just moved the web site repository to Codeberg as well, and updated
most references to Savannah to point to Codeberg instead.

Someone™ should update <https://www.gnu.org/software/guile/contribute/>
if we are to make issues and pull requests the primary contribution
tools (I suppose Debbugs could still be mentioned, but Codeberg would be
the “preferred” method).
