Hello Guile,

We=E2=80=99re happy to welcome Olivier Dion, founder and co-developer of BL=
UE
(which you may have heard of recently!), as a new committer to Guile.

Olivier has extensive experience with Guile and has offered to help with
patch review and development in Guile, and possibly with setting up
continuous integration too.  I think it=E2=80=99s pretty good news for the
project and for the people already helping out!
