Alas, once a SRFI has been finalized, its definition can't be changed. The official way to redefine something like that is to publish a new SRFI with the changed definition. That way, there's no confusion about which definition is being used. If you or someone else would like to do that, I'd be happy to shepherd the new SRFI along. I'm hoping that John will chime in, too. --000000000000b7c9a9064e4493d6 Content-Type: text/html; charset="UTF-8" Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable <div dir=3D"ltr"><div>Adding John Cowan, author of SRFI 235.</div><div dir= =3D"ltr"><br></div><div dir=3D"ltr">On Mon, Mar 30, 2026 at 7:01=E2=80=AFAM= Rutger van Beusekom <<a href=3D"mailto:[email protected]"= >[email protected]</a>> wrote:</div><div class=3D"gmail_qu= ote gmail_quote_container"><div>=C2=A0</div><blockquote class=3D"gmail_quot= e" style=3D"margin:0px 0px 0px 0.8ex;border-left:1px solid rgb(204,204,204)= ;padding-left:1ex"> I propose to change the current meaning and the implementation of both conj= oin and disjoin in srfi-235 to the ones here below:=C2=A0<br></blockquote><= div><br></div><div>Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful report.=C2=A0= Alas, once a SRFI has been finalized, its definition can't be changed.= =C2=A0 The official way to redefine something like that is to publish a new= SRFI with the changed definition.=C2=A0 That way, there's no confusion= about which definition is being used.=C2=A0 If you or someone else would l= ike to do that, I'd be happy to shepherd the new SRFI along.</div><div>= <br></div><div>I'm hoping that John will chime in, too.</div></div></di= v> --000000000000b7c9a9064e4493d6--
