Perhaps we should make a habit of qualifying whether we speak of
guile-gtk or guile-gnome? The text buffer/view is fully wrapped in
guile-gtk, for example guile-gtk-demo.scm in guile-gnome's
gtk/examples/guile-gtk-demo/ shows usage of a textbuffer and view, with
tags, iters, etc.
