switch to git

Hi,

I'm still waiting on savannah to enable our git repository, but I have
recovered the corrupt bzr archives, and switched them to git. Also I
have updated things so that they work with the development Guile (>=
1.9.6). Things should still build fine with Guile 1.8.

I'll be updating the web site at some point, but if you want to check
things out now:

   git clone http://wingolog.org/git/guile-gnome.git guile-gnome
   cd guile-gnome
   scripts/configure-package guile-gnome-platform
   ./autogen.sh --prefix=/foo && make && make install
