        Formerly, a text db table spec required quotes, like so:
  
          (text-db-table-config
            '(delim . "\f")
            '(fields (NAME1 TYPE1)
                     (NAME2 TYPE2)
                     ...))
  
        Now, the quotes are no longer required:
  
          (text-db-table-config
            (delim . "\f")
            (fields (NAME1 TYPE1)
                    (NAME2 TYPE2)
                    ...))
  
        For backward compatability, quotes are still accepted for the
        time being; that support will be dropped at some point.
  
    - New (ttn cron) macro: cron!
