release notes:
new module tested against w3m 0.3 and 0.5.1, w/ sizzweb 1.0.
there will most likely be interop problems (bug reports welcome)
as the implementation does not handle RFC2109 (aka old netscape)
cookies w/ as much aplomb as it "SHOULD"...
