SGF Utils 0.1 available

release notes:

  Some Guile-SDL and GNU Go mixed together.  This initial release is to
  attain (partial) closure so i can turn to other long-neglected duties.
  BTW, the image <http://www.gnuvola.org/art/go-board-components.png> is
  a screenshot from an early iteration of this stuff.

  Please let me know how it works for you.  I sometimes daydream about
  partnering w/ someone biz-savvy (a suit) to get some crowd funding to
  support some Serious Polishing of those stones, so if anyone wants to
  discuss that, please contact me off-list.

  SGF Utils is a set of programs for manipulating Smart Game
  Format files, principally for the game of Go.  This release
  includes one tool: the viewing program sgfv.  The code is
  "early to middling alpha"; see HACKING for why.
