finally moved this project from RCS to CVS.  i suppose the next step
methodology-wise is to use automake.  implementation-wise, next step is
to drop the `uric:decode' in wikid.cgi in favor of module (www cgi).
design-wise, next step is to redesign the db schemas to allow for more
arbitrary metadata, not just limited to title.  in parallel, it would be
nice to be able to plug-in different editable-page-syntax transformers,
at runtime.  that way we could snarf already made-up pages from other
wiki instances to test wikid (and guile).
