There are a variety of tools to work with syntax objects, just like
there are tools to work with lists. Among them: syntax (#'),
quasisyntax (#`), unsyntax (#,), unsyntax-splicing (#,@),
identifier?, free-identifier=?, bound-identifier=?, and of
course syntax-case.
