(ilisp-print-info-message): Do nothing if SYM is not a symbol. (This
gets rid of the error messages that occured when
ilisp-arglist-message-lisp-space was invoked after a non-symbol and
ilisp-*arglist-message-lisp-space-p* is set to ALL.)
