You may add a ChangeLog entry for the release of version 5.12.0, as you did
for 5.11. Wellll... while I am at it, I also suggest that you insert in the
release notes field of the 5.12.0 release form the ChangeLog excerpt
listing the changes from 5.11 to 5.12.0, like I did in the snapshot
release.
