ILISP 6.x and beyond.

Hello,

since 5.12.0 seems to be relatively stable, I want to thank you all
for having worked on it.

AFAIK there are two things I'd like to see in it later.
1 - better filename completion (i.e. including Logical Pathnames)
2 - check that all the case issues are dealt correctly.
3 - have better filenames!

(of course, these are three things)

Alas,  as many of you have noticed, I do not spend much time on ILISP
anymore.  At the same time I know that the releases and other major
changes have found me to be the bottleneck.

So, here is the deal.  Do not wait for me anynmore.  I will participate
in the discussions and in the administration fo the project, but I
cannot be the bottleneck anymore.
