This is a known problem with ilisp and xemacs: "sit-for" has a
different argument list for xemacs and emacs, and current ilisp only
has code for the emacs argument list. At this point, the only
workaround that I know of, short of fixing the upstream code, is to
use emacs. Hopefully, the issue will be resolved soon.
