Ilisp FSF key binding changes uploaded to CVS

I have uploaded the Ilisp FSF key binding changes to CVS. 
Please download and try them out. I haven't updated the 
documentation yet pending any changes that might need to
be made to the bindings. Once I get some feedback that 
the bindings look ok, I'll do the following:

1. Update the ilisp help file to show both fsf and non-fsf
key bindings.
2. Change ilisp-*use-fsf-compliant-keybindings* to t so 
that the fsf key bindings are the default.
