I will not veto this :)  But I want a comment in the code stating that

"The use of keyword and uninterced symbol names symbol names in the
package definition is a result of internecine wars during the ANSI
definition process. The solution to make CL case insensitive and
uppercasing was, with the power of hindsight, shot-sighted, and the
non backward compatible solution provided by Franz Inc. proves to be a
poor patch all in all."
