Status update

Here is what I'm going to do before the next official ILISP release:

1) Create a new file release for source tree snapshots, which I will later
   keep up to date. This will make it easier for users to download a
   snapshot without using CVS. Marco: please make sure that I have adequate
   privileges to do so, i.e. that I have the Release Technician flag set.
2) Integrate the Corman Lisp patches by Reini Urban.
3) Remove hyperspec-carney.el and hyperspec-barlow.el and rename
   hyperspec-naggum.el to hyperspec.el.
4) Update version info, i.e. 5.11.1 -> 5.12.0.
5) Do the 5.12.0 release (if nobody else steps in for this task, of
   course).
