ILISP 5.12.0

Hi

I packaged ILISP 5.12.0 and put out a file release on the Sourceforge
site anfter fixing the latest things (hyperspec and `ilisp-out').

I also tagged the current repository with `rel-5-12' (which was kind
of stupid in reptrospect, given the previous tags, oh well).

Please check that the file release works for you.  If it does, I will
post the announcement on CLL and on other relevant mailing lists.
