Does someone know where in the sources ilisp sets the directory to the ilisp-buffer
when switching to a (new or new for a second/third/... time) buffer with a lisp
process

it keeps reusing the directory its  starts of with in the first time, unless
you kill all buffers in your emacs, when it starts again in the default directory
of the *scratch* buffer
