Yes it is.

ILISP is pretty stable right now for everyday use, so the `ilisp-help'
mailing list does not get much traffic.

Most traffic is in the `ilisp-devel' (and `ilisp-cvs' mailing lists)
where bug fixes and improvement proposals appear regularly.
