How do I tell ilisp about cmucl core-files and command-line-options?

The subject line basically says it.  I want to use cmucl
(/usr/bin/lisp on my system), but I want to give it options like
-dynamic-space-size and a core file.

I know I can do it manually with C-u M-x run-ilisp, but I'd like to do
it automatically.
