cursor stops to blink with current CVS Emacs and ILISP

Hi!

I've just downloaded and installed the current CVS Emacs (21.3.50) and
it turns out that the cursor stops blinking (in both windows) after
using eval-defun-and-go-lisp from ILISP (latest snapshot).

describe-variable says that blink-cursor is still t but it
nevertheless doesn't blink anymore (which is rather annoying as I need
to keep track of which is the active window).

Is this a known issue or should I report it somewhere?
