I have not yet been able to get Corman 2.0 to work with either
Emacs/ILISP or Emacs/InferiorLispMode (although I admit that I haven't
tried for several months now). For that reason, the CL Cookbook still
has instructions on how to set up Corman _1.5_ with Emacs in inferior
lisp mode. I spoke to Roger Corman about the problem at the ILC
conference in October and he didn't know why the changes in 2.0 would
affect the Emacs interaction. Reini Urban was going to have a look at
the problem but AFAIK, he hasn't come up with a solution yet.

Hi!

I'm sending a copy of the mail below to this list just in case there
has been any progress recently.

Cheers,
Edi.

Unfortunately the cookbook page currently only describes how to use
CormanLisp with Emacs' inferior Lisp mode. I send a copy of this mail
to Bill Clementson who has written the article mentioned above but
AFAIK he hasn't gotten the Corman/ILISP combination to work yet.

Same with me. Just tried it again for the umpteenth time a week ago
and didn't succeed. Unfortunately, I'm not knowledgeable enough about
ILISP and Corman to have any idea on how to improve on this. I'd
really really like to know if anybody knows how to do this...

Cheers,
Edi.
