C-c C-c / C-c c

Hello,

I observe a strange effect here which I hope that someone of you can
explain.  I have a desktop and a laptop, both under Debian, but on the
Laptop I use Emacs20 and on the Desktop Emacs21.  I use CMUCL (a snapshot)
and ilisp-20021222 with the same setup (lisp-no-popper=t).  I observe
several problems:

1. When the Lisp buffer is not visible the command eval-next-sexp does not
   work (eval-next-sexp-and-go-lisp does) I get the error

error in process filter: lisp-pop-to-buffer: No buffer named  *Output*
error in process filter: No buffer named  *Output*

  (I have looked in the source and guess that I should set some slot of
  ilisp-output.  How is that done?  Why doesn't it work out of the box?)

2. Strangely, the meaning for the keys for C-c C-c and C-c c (and also C-c
   C-n and C-c n, etc.) are exchanged on both machines[1].  I wonder how
   something like this can arise.  Maybe a remainder of an old Ilisp
   installation.

P.S.: I would prefer C-c C-c for the version without going to the Lisp
because I use it more often and it is easier to type.
