First of all.  The correct place to ask these questions is the
ilisp-help mailing list (CCed here).

Let me answer to a couple of things.  I am quoting the whole message

Check out the variable

       ilisp-*arglist-message-switch-back-p*

Note that the default is NIL.  The WM focus behavior may also play a
role in this.
