That's a good enough reason. Now, what about queries? Currently, 
queries only work on CLOS objects because templates aren't really 
backed internally by a corresponding class. I was thinking of changing 
this and having DEFTEMPLATE create a usable class that contains 
accessors with the same names as their corresponding slots. Then, 
queries will work with either.
