Subject: [Lisa-users] Why use lisa::*allow-duplicate-facts* directly?

The new sample file misc/mycin.lisp contains the form:

  (setf lisa::*allow-duplicate-facts* nil)

Why is lisa::*allow-duplicate-facts* used instead of the following?

  (setf (lisa:allow-duplicate-facts) nil)
