CONSIDER-TAXONOMY: inconsistent default in LISA/documentation

From the LISA manual:

  (consider-taxonomy)  	Function

  Returns the current setting for taxonomic reasoning.  Use (setf
  (consider-taxonomy) value) to change the setting. The default (NIL)
  means LISA ignores class taxonomy during pattern matching.

But the default is not NIL.  From a freshly started LISA session:

  LISA-USER> (consider-taxonomy)
  T
