Actually, I think those M1s should be identical, meaningful differences only start at Pro and Max tiers, but those would be the cache and the core count, not the clock speed. There may be a differing amount of ram (8 gig base vs 16 gig extended) and a slight difference in gpu core count, but I do not think it would matter in this test.
