Hi Paul,

I never do this rebinding from the REPL. 

Instead, I have it, and many other bindings, set up as part of the load bundle descending from my .LISPWORKS file. That way my environment always has my preferences intact upon initial environment loading.

I chose the Eval Defun for my Kp-Enter key since it matches the behavior that I have in the Mathematica notebooks.
