We've just tried to work out when the last VMS systems at a large bank I used to work for were turned off.  It's certainly after 2020: perhaps 2023?.  Those weren't Vaxen of course, and I'd be surprised if they were running anything written in Lisp.  But I wouldn't be at all surprised if there are not still VMS systems out there running Lisp applications in production.

Famously the past is never dead. It's not even past.
