Re: Disabling toolbar buttons

Sorry, capi:simple-pane-enabled is not implemented for buttons in the
:toolbar-items of an interface.

We don't currently document capi:interface-update-toolbar, but it is safe.
You can also call capi:redisplay-interface, which is documented.
