This message is a warning about danger. Underneath the 30 feet of concrete and lead will be, amongst other things, GNU autotools. I disagree with many, many things about ASDF. I dislike it so much I use for my own purposes a much simpler set of tools (which don't require separate system definitions). But it's not a C build system.
