CAPI push button borders

Are there any options to create CAPI image or unicode symbol push buttons without a big border around it? 

For example, the code below produces a button about 3 times the width of the symbol.

(capi:contain (make-instance 'capi:push-button :text "➡️"))

There is an undocumented :bezel-style initarg, but I can't figure out any value it accepts.
