Okay, I can put it in there. 

The TL/Open stuff it refers to is no longer applicable, right?

I mean, is it really obsolete or is it irrelevant for the most part (even though
most of the Lisp/C functionality has had some basis in it)?

Should open.hlp be removed altogether at some point?


On another note, since I am revising the documentation would it be a good idea
to put up some of the pages I have completed online before having them submitted 
to CVS (I have a site to do this on already). Then any changes can be discussed 
first.

What do you think?
