Lush on Mac OS X 10.4 - Update and bad news.

Lush CVS works nicely on Mac OS X 10.3.

Mac OS X 10.4 came with a drastically modified loader (dyld).  
One of the critical functions for Lush is still present but does 
not do anything anymore.  I asked on the mailing lists, 
filed a bug report, and got no useful repy.  
I searched the latest source code of Darwin, 
but it uses the old dyld and not the one shipped 
with Mac OS X 10.4 (which seems to be C++ instead of C.)

Right now I have no way to make it work. I could only limit the damage, 
and I do not know how the next release will break it.
So I give up for now. Please complain to Apple.
