Please note that this bug may appear depending on how you have
paths set up in Cygwin.  The standard installation treats /usr/bin
as a symlink to /bin.  If you install lush into /usr/bin, it
will expect to be able to go up two levels in the directory 
structure, then find /usr/share -- this doesn't happen and the
program crashes.

This is hard to find, because loading lush in gdb causes the
problem to go away because gdb correctly handles paths internally!
