Manual text revisions committed

Hi,

I have committed a number of the Lush manual files to CVS with minor revisions.
One set of files was committed yesterday, a second set I just put it.

The revisions just make viewing of the section titles/names a little more consistent.
This will probably look better in the generated HTML and LaTeX (haven't tried it).
Only down to standard libraries so far, more later in the week.

Note: the CVS summary comments in ViewCVS for the first batch require looking at
the file to see, my mistake. I have tried to fix this in my second commit.
