Readline support out-of-date/broken

Hi,

Current readline support does not function with Lush.

Lush is expecting readline version 4.3, but current versions are in 5.x range.
Thus, previously compiled Lush, with 4.3, are broken when updating Linux distros
(other?).

I have looked through configure.ac and config.log to see where the version
is specified so I could try to fix this. Could not find anything relevant, nothing 
about the version. Where is this version information determined from?

The 5.x range of readline has been around for 5 years. Perhaps it is time to update
this.
