Changes the window location ( x , y ) and size ( w , h ). Giving the
empty list as argument leaves the corresponding characteristic
unchanged. When argument raise is true, the window is deiconified and
raised.

This function returns a list (visible w h) whose elements indicate the
window visibility and size.
