Keeping Trac of things...

Ok, I set up Trac for our project, here is the link:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/lush/wiki
(Yann, perhaps this could be included on the lush
homepage somewhere.)

Trac is a wiki with a few extras like a ticket system
and a source browser. You can also link directly from
a wiki page to files in the svn repository and to
tickets. Pretty cool. Perhaps we can retire the old
bug tracker if this works well.

I created a Wiki page for every package from the list
below that we want to keep, and a ticket for every
broken package. Check it out.
