Summary: CVS Matlisp minorly broken with latest SBCL

Initial Comment:
The read-time conditionals for shared library loading in lib/lazy-
loader.lisp don't work with the latest incarnations in sbcl. In 
particular, what used to be LOAD-1-FOREIGN is now called LOAD-
SHARED-OBJECT.

The included patch should fix the problem.
