a) I'm trying to do the port, but I need help from
   the CLISP people.  Hopefully if they can give me hand 
   with the CLISP FFI I'll have it done in a jiffy.

b) No, I don't know how that would be done, would you suggest how that
would be done?  What aspect of the port would you test:

	i) that the fortran code is doing the right thing
	ii) that lisp is doing the right thing?
